FILTRATION OF EMULSION AND OTHER MEDIA FOR COOLING AND LUBRICATION

MEDIA FOR COOLING AND LUBRICATION
Media for cooling and lubrication is used in procedures of machining material.
Their task is to improve the tribological characteristics of the processes that are always present on the contact surface of the tribological pair (tool + workpiece).
Exhaustion of emulsion occurs as a result of consumption of active components that ensure working properties, oxidation of separated particles of chips, the impact of foreign contaminants such as unwanted oil, water, and the vulnerability of the system to dust and micro-organisms entering from the environment.
Wear and degradation of the emulsion are influenced by the level of total cleanliness of the manufacturing facility, which includes workers, machines, workplaces and all other components of the manufacturing plant.

MAINTENANCE OF EMULSION DURING USE
The following equipment is used to maintain the emulsion and all other types of coolant:

BELT SKIMMERS INTENDED FOR SMALLER TANKS AND LESSER AMOUNTS OF FOREIGN OIL

Belt skimmers are fitted to smaller tanks of emulsion using a magnetic carrier. The belt is made from special material of 50 mm width which takes off the free oil from the surface of the emulsion. A scraper removes this oil from the belt which is then deposited in to a waste oil container. Continuous operation of the skimmer keeps the emulsion clear which extends its life. |

STATIONARY FILTER UNITS WITH FILTER ROLLS
Filter rolls may be of different densities and widths.

MOBILE MULTI-FUNCTION FILTER DEVICES FOR MECHANICAL FILTRATION, SEPARATION OF FOREIGN OIL AND STERILISATION OF EMULSION

CENTRIFUGES FOR THE SEPARATION OF FOREIGN OIL AND MECHANICAL IMPURITIES
Their application is recommended in the treatment of sludge and everywhere where there is an accumulation of small particles in the emulsion and cutting oil.

MOBILE MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICE (SF SERIES, SIZE 250, 500, 700)
For complete cleaning of machines, tanks and actual emulsion to facilitate the faster exchange of emulsion and to maintain the cleanliness of machines and working spaces.

PLANT FOR THE SEPARATION OF USED EMULSION INTO ITS COMPONENT PARTS
For handling emulsion after the end of its life cycle, a recovery process is recommended which separates emulsion into its initial components: water and oil.
This water can be re-used for the process of preparing new emulsion or can be released into the drainage system, and the small amount of oil must be disposed of according to waste oil regulations.
